Loadout Settings (scales, user types, silos, loadout stations)

SCALES

You need to create a scale for each Silo scale, but don't need to create the Batch scales if it's a Batch plant.

1. Go to System Administrator -> Configuration -> Devices/Scales -> Scales.

Make sure your General and Interface tabs match the yellow fields below for each scale.

USER TYPES

  1. Go to System Administrator -> Configuration -> User Data -> User Types.
  2. Select @ TRUCK ASSIGN
  3. While Type and Description can be any value, Abbreviations are read as specific types of Loadouts:
Description Abbreviation
Batch to Truck 1
Silop to Truck 3
Ground Loading 0

It is a good idea to set up all 3 assign types shown in the next section, even if you are not using all 3, for future use.

BINS / SILOS

You will need to create a Silo in Apex for each Silo you have and one for a Batch plant if you have it.

  1. Go to Products/Inventory -> Bins/Silos/Stockpiles.
  2. Make sure the General and Loadout tabs have the highlighted yellow field matching.

Note that we no longer need to set the Silos alias as scale_id:silo_id with Libra Connected.
